Job Information

We are currently working with a fantastic company within professional services who are recruiting for a part time HR & Office Generalist to join their team. The role will be supporting the HR & Office Manager with HR and general administration across the business. Ideal candidates will have experience working within both areas.
 
Duties will include:
 
- Responsibility for managing and developing of the HR & Office Associate
- End to end onboarding process from offer through to pre employment references
- Offboarding including exit interviews and reviewing annual leave calculations
- Reviewing monthly payroll
- Maintaining existing employee benefits package and processes and recommending new initiatives
- Ensuring policies and procedures are compliant
- Managing personal development review process and analysing information
- Managing recruitment and selection process
- First point of contact for employees
- Carrying out new joiner inductions and any necessary HR training
- Providing support on performance and disciplinary process
- Health and Safety
- Overseeing all office related matters, ensuring the office runs smoothly

Key skills:
 
- Experience within an all round HR role
- Office administration experience
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Professional services sector experience
