Job Information
We are excited to working with a fantastic worldwide hospitality business, who are recruiting for an HR Officer to join their small busy HR team.You will be reporting directly into the HR Manager working in an all round HR support position.
Duties include:
- Supporting stakeholders with their recruitment needs from advertising to interviewing
- Managing the onboarding/offboarding process and supporting the development of new joiners
- Managing probation periods and arranging training when necessary
- Ensuring the HR database and systems are maintained and up to date
- Working with payroll to assist with monthly payroll processing
- Assisting managers with employee relations and dealing with investigations, disciplinaries and performance management cases
Key skills:
- Studying CIPD or CIPD Qualified
- Previous experience within hospitality/retail industry
- Previous HR experience within similar role
