Job Information
We are excited to be working with a charity who are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join their busy team.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be assisting the Head of HR on the delivery of the employee life cycle to managers and employees throughout the organisation.
The role will involve:
- Supporting and advising managers on the policies and procedures
- Managing Employee relations, including performance, grievances, disciplinaries and sickness issues
- Coaching and advising managers on investigating and resolving er cases
- Supporting with D&I and providing and training managers
- Developing policies and procedures in line with legislation
- Assisting with the recruitment in the business, liaising with managers for selection process
- Managing full lifecycle from assessment to offer
- Negotiating contracts with recruitment agencies
- Working with Head of HR to design and implement people priorities and succession and talent planning as well as culture initiatives, employee engagement and development programmes
- Monthly reporting on KPIs for HR
- Monitoring performance management
- Line management for HR administrator and volunteers within the team
- Assisting with monthly payroll
