We are excited to be working with a fantastic professional services company who are expanding their team and looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment and Training Assistant to join their busy team.
 
This is a role that requires an organised candidate, able to prioritise workloads and multitask to ensure the tasks are completed to a high standard on time. You will be working closely with the Senior HR Advisor as well as HR Manager
 
The role is providing administration support for all recruitment of the business as well as onboarding new employees to ensure that they embed in the business well.
 
Duties include:
 
- Pre-screening candidate applications and sending assessments for the graduate scheme
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process
- Organising and arranging interviews for candidates while liaising with agencies and managers, ensuring feedback is given
- Booking meeting rooms for face to face interviews
- Administering testing for candidates where necessary
- Organising tours as part of the recruitment process and tracking progress of recruitment
- Compiling and distributing welcome packs for new joiners
- Monitoring the careers inbox and replying to new enquiries
- Organising inductions and coordinating the training sessions
- Liaising with training providers and chasing compliance
- Updating employee records and preparing appraisal documents

Key skills:
 
- Previous HR/ Recruitment administration experience
- Able to work in pressurised environment
- Strong written and communication skills
