Job Information
We are excited to be working with a fantastic company who are within the entertainment industry looking for a People Partner to join their business. This will involve providing operational and strategic support, and implementing the People strategy to align with the business objectives.Duties will include:
- Supporting the team when managing new projects to deliver the people strategy and implementing strategic objectives
- Developing and supporting the implementation of policies and processes
- Providing strong business partnering advice and support, collaborating with managers to ensure they are confident with policies and procedures.
- Leading on employee relation issues, providing HR advice and guidance on performance management, sickness and absences as well as disciplinaries and grievances.
- Establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and liaising with external service providers to implement changes in benefits etc
- Ensuring recruitment process is managed effectively while supporting managers and retaining employees. Identifying hiring needs and supporting in job descriptions and process from start to finish.
- Encourage and support the development of high performing teams
- Responsible for ensuring that employee records are up to date
- Working with L&D Manager to identify employee training
- Ensuring leavers receive full support from line managers
Key skills:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Charity/not for profit sector experience
