We are working with a fantastic client who are recruiting for a Project Manager position for a minimum of 9 - 12 months. The ideal candidate must have previous experience implementing a similar system and ideally an understanding of HR, payroll and pension.
 
You will be responsible for the HRMIS Transformation project, working alongside key stakeholders and managing the successful delivery of the new system.
 
The role will include:
 
- Providing crucial project management for the HRMIS implementation, including activities around planning, implementation, delivery, change management, third-party supplier management and reporting to and working with all internal departments
- Working with other teams to implement the system to ensure the delivery of project goals
- Leading the technical and operational day-to-day responsibilities for transferring system data from the current provider to the new system
- Working closely with the various internal stakeholders to understand system end-user requirements and provide recommendations to keep the project delivery processes efficient.
- As the Project Lead/Super User, take the lead in championing change and system improvements to ensure processes are optimised, and functionality meets expectations and is achievable
- Analysing customised data and provide technical expertise and guidance to the Supplier Project team(s)
- Performing data collations, cleanses and reconciliations, working with large and complex data sets
- Work collaboratively with the Supplier team (s) to execute advanced system processes such as imports/bulk updates, new fields/tables/pay element creation, absence data uploads, terms and conditions system parameters, backend database configuration and management of security groups
- Managing system testing scripts/scenarios and undertaking User Acceptance Testing
- Manage reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring data is accurate and easy to access
- Work with internal and external teams to develop customised dashboards and reports
- Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance the experience for end users and streamline administrative processes
- Support and coordinate the delivery of the training agenda with the Supplier Project team(s) and key internal stakeholders prior to the 'Go-live’
- Provide ad-hoc training to the wider HR team to enable them to utilise the system and its functionality fully
- Support on the training and communication to end-users
- Shared responsibility for leading the checking and validation processes for all monthly payrolls pre-sign-off
