We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic business who are looking for a People and Culture Manager to join the company on a one year Fixed Term contract ASAP. There is potential for a permanent role within the business for the right candidate following completion of the contract.The role will be an all round generalist position and will have 3 direct reports, you will report directly into the Head of HR and be part of a busy team.
Duties include:
- Providing project management support for system developments ensuring user friendly HR processes
- Lead on effective management of investigating and resolving employee relation issues
- Advising, supporting and guiding with recruitment, induction, probation period, performance reviews, and sickness
- Leading on ensuring processes are compliant and manging the implementation and promoting of equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensuring employee budget is updated, managing and reviewing the mid year expenditure position, calculating forecast
- Working with Head of HR to develop and implement training and development events
- Enhancing and developing induction process
- Working on wellbeing initiatives and processes making sure they are fit for purpose
- Managing HR budget and dealing with any issues, liaising with finance team.
- Overseeing and development recruitment and selection process and implementing inclusive practices.
- Overseeing the management of monthly employee payroll
On offer:
- £54,000 per annum
- Hybrid working - 2 days in office
