We are working with a fantastic client who are continuing to grow and due to this are recruiting for an HR Generalist to join their busy team.
 
This role is based in Brighton, although the position is hybrid (3 days min in the office) and a role which is an all round generalist position with brilliant benefits.
 
Ideally looking for someone who comes from professional services background (not essential) with strong HR experience.
 
Duties include:
 
• Supporting and managing ad hoc employee relation issues
 
• Contribute to wellbeing and ED&I initiatives
 
• Own HR processes as required
 
• Researching and advising on HR best practices
 
• Ensuring maintaining the processes and procedures
 
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes - coordinating interviews, and reporting on statistics as well as delivering the probation process
 
• Produce management information as necessary
 
• Maintaining the HR systems
 
• Visiting the other offices on monthly basis
