We are excited to be working with a fantastic client, who are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a brilliant time to join the business as it continues to grow its UK and European offices
 
The role will be supporting the European team whilst supporting and implementing the people agenda. Managing constant change and operating at a senior level to provide HR advice including employee relations, talent management and employee engagement., developing teams and implementing HR initiatives.
 
Duties include:
 
- Delivering and implementing a people plan that drives engagement, retention and development meeting the demands of business growth and becoming an exceptional place to work.
- Supporting managers through understanding internal and external challenges, influences, objectives and KPIs to provide proactive people partnering support.
- Managing the recruitment process for UK and Europe attracting the best talent
- Working with regional HR teams to develop European recruitment strategy
- Managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement of onboarding and offboarding
- Working closely with regional and global HR teams to drive key initiatives and project including employee engagement and welfare
- Supporting people managers in the delivery of complex changes projects
- Supporting managers with talent pipeline
- Supporting with development of employee programmes and benefits

Key skills:
 
- Excellent HR generalist knowledge
- CIPD Qualified or studying CIPD (support available)
- Strong communication and written skills
- Italian language skills (not essential)
