This role will be leading and managing key operational HR activities including people performance, salary reviews and benchmarking process as well as benefits renewal and insurances. You will be leading the monthly payroll process as well as developing the HRIS.
 
Duties include:
 
- Leading and managing annual compensation processes including people performance process (target inputting and bonus calculation process, annual salary reviews and other incentive schemes)
- Ensuring all targets are entered into HRIS accurately, collating and entering achievement scores and checking bonus calculations are accurate.
- Checking compensation statements as well as researching and benchmarking compensation and benefits data
- Producing reports to check payroll and HRIS accuracy
- Leading and managing annual review and renewal of employee benefits, managing portal and carrying out pension scheme administration
- Dealing with benefit queries and managing risk benefit claims
- Ensuring pension scheme is compliant and in line with rules and legislation
- Leading the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate record keeping in line with legislation
- System maintenance and developing of the HR Information System to ensure automation of processes and enhance employee experience

Key skills:
 
- Previous experience of all aspects of the above duties
- Strong Excel skills including Vlook ups and pivot tables
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
