We are working with a fantastic international business who offer employee support and excellent benefits to join their busy team within HR. The role is will be working with the global team, ideal for someone with HR Business Partnering experience that can hit the ground running. 

The role will be providing HR Generalist business partner support, working closely with line managers to provide guidance and identify opportunities to deliver people solutions as well as leading on all recruitment related matters and practices
 
Duties include:
- Identifying opportunities to deliver solutions and facilitate the delivery of business objectives
- Managing complex employee relation cases, supporting with all casework and performance concerns, mediation and constructive resolution
- Advising managers on terms and conditions of employment, sharing employment law knowledge
- Supporting and coaching line managers as well as change management processes
- Managing and leading talent and succession planning processes for UK and Europe
- Managing the candidate application process via the portal and liaising with recruiting managers and agencies
- Liaising with agencies and negotiating terms, identifying and managing preferred supplier lists 
- Screening CVs and arranging interviews 
- Design and manage the interview and assessment centre and dealing with any relevant paperwork 
- Producing offer letters, contracts and necessary documentation 
- Leading the UK talent acquisition end to end process 
- Evaluate current recruitment and selection process and identify any opportunities and improvements 
- Ad hoc HR projects including updating and improving HR policies and processes

Key skills:
- CIPD Qualified 
- Previous experience within FMCG or fast paced industry 
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proven HR Generalist experience

- £65 - £74k salary depending on experience
