Job Information

My client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 12 – 18 month fixed term contract. The role will be both operational as well as strategic and will need someone experienced in a similar kind of role previously. This is a new opportunity due to diversifying into a new market.

The role will include:
- Building relationships with Senior Managers to develop an understanding of the business and set clear expectations for recruitment 
- Sourcing applicants through various channels 
- Organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events to find new candidates
- Maintaining and updating records for recruitment including interview notes and paperwork 
- Planning interview and selection procedures, including pre screen and interviews
- Assessing candidate information including V and covering letters, using ATS
- Assisting with employer branding initiatives
- Using various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates 
- Ensuring onboarding is completed accurately 
- Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline onboarding 
- Producing new strategies to expand candidate pool and build on this 
- Building sourcing strategy and engaging passive candidates 
- Increasing candidates experience 
- Devising and implementing sourcing strategies to build pipeline 
- Developing and early years plan 
- Developing and tracking metrics for recruitment and onboarding 
- Identifying talent needs across the business 
- Reviewing job descriptions and understanding roles within the business

On Offer:
- £65k - £75k DOE 
- 12 – 18 month Fixed Term Contract 
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office
