We are working with a growing professional services business who are looking for a Learning Manager to join their successful team.
Reporting into the Group HR Director, this newly created role is essential to ensure that employees have the right skills to continue to move the business forward and enable the business to continue to invest and motivate their employees.
The role and responsibilities of the position:
Implementing a new Appraisal system will be the main focus of this role initially, delivering the training to enable maximum usage.
Involved in the training and delivering of new initiatives for the business
Development performance analytics to monitor organisational and individual performance against objectives set
Managing coaching programmes
Develop methods for measuring the effectiveness of Talent Management programs and systems
Liaising with stakeholders (both internal and external) to develop talent development solutions
Providing support for performance management, goal setting and talent review processes
Ideal candidate will be:
Can do attitude, enthusiastic and confident presenting in front of senior managers
Well organised and able to lead a project
Offer:
£40k salary – flexible role Full time or Part time hours available (min 3 days)
