We are working with a fantastic Events company, who work with a range of high profile clients, looking to increase their team with an HR & Finance Administrator.

Our London based client are looking for someone who is wanting to learn and gain experience within HR and finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is interested in HR and has a willingness to learn.

This is a key role where you will be supporting the HR Manager with HR and Finance Administration, management information and support with the delivery of new initiatives.

Duties include:

  • Keeping HR information up to date for employees on the HR system
  • Managing the admin onboarding of employees
  • Managing DBS/credit checks for staff
  • Developing processes for HR activities
  • Producing HR reports
  • Ensuring employees complete necessary training as and when required
  • Supporting of training sessions with booking rooms etc
  • Ensuring policies are up to date and available for employees
  • Updating company organisation chart
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Reconciling monthly credit card expenditures and recording costs accurately
  • Supporting with ad hoc projects

  • Strong IT skills including Excel

On offer:

Competitive salary of £22k

The role is currently home based but candidates must be able to commute into London for when guidelines change.
