We are working with a fantastic Events company, who work with a range of high profile clients, looking to increase their team with an HR & Finance Administrator.Our London based client are looking for someone who is wanting to learn and gain experience within HR and finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is interested in HR and has a willingness to learn.
This is a key role where you will be supporting the HR Manager with HR and Finance Administration, management information and support with the delivery of new initiatives.
Duties include:
- Keeping HR information up to date for employees on the HR system
- Managing the admin onboarding of employees
- Managing DBS/credit checks for staff
- Developing processes for HR activities
- Producing HR reports
- Ensuring employees complete necessary training as and when required
- Supporting of training sessions with booking rooms etc
- Ensuring policies are up to date and available for employees
- Updating company organisation chart
- Processing staff expenses
- Reconciling monthly credit card expenditures and recording costs accurately
- Supporting with ad hoc projects
Key skills:
- Candidates will have a flexible work approach and willingness to learn
- Able to work in a busy environment, where you will be supported by a strong team work ethic.
- Strong IT skills including Excel
On offer:
Competitive salary of £22k
The role is currently home based but candidates must be able to commute into London for when guidelines change.
