Job Information

Due to continued growth, the business is looking for someone who can focus on new hires for the company.

The role will include:

• Liaising with managers on vacancies and assisting with creating job profiles
• Ensure roles advertised with agencies as well as internally and on company website and social media channels
• Managing relationships with agencies during full recruitment cycle
• Updating records and ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date throughout process
• Screening of CVs and interviewing candidates where necessary
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Providing advice and guidance to managers when needed
• Ensuring right to work checks are completed and legislation is adhered to
• Maintaining recruitment policy and process documentation
• Assisting HR team as and when needed

Key skills:

• Previous recruitment experience
• Well organised and process driven
• Confident and enthuasiastic

On offer:

• Salary of up to £40k dependent on experience
