We are excited to be exclusively partnering with an innovative and growing business, based in West London where the client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to head up a small, growing busy team.
 
This role would be perfect for someone who is proactive and can think outside of the box when it comes to talent, this is very much a business partnering role rather than recruitment, you must be able to build close working relationships with managers and stakeholders to ensure you are working alongside each other to continue to build a fantastic workforce.
 
The role will include:
 
- Developing and implementing an exceptional hiring approach and strategy
- Managing a high volume of recruitment at any one time
- Focusing on development and ensuring the talent brand if strengthened to become a top class employer.
- Creating recruitment material for external candidates/agencies and partners and reducing the reliance on agency support
- Managing Talent Acquisition and establishing goals and performance metrics to build on a high performing company
- Upskilling recruiting managers and ensuring excellent candidate journey from interview to selection
- Evolving the recruitment process and leading the team to deliver results
- Producing monthly reports and market analysis
 
Key skills:
 
- Proven experience of ownership of full recruitment process
- Strong experience building and leading high performing internal recruitment teams
- Excellent communication skills
