Job Information
We are currently partnering with a fantastic business looking for an Internal Recruiter on a 6 month contract position to start ASAP. This is to help during a busy time with recruiting for a high number of opportunities across the business.The role will include:
• Liaising with managers on vacancies and assisting with creating job profiles
• Ensure roles advertised with agencies as well as internally and on company website and social media channels
• Managing relationships with agencies during full recruitment cycle
• Updating records and ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date throughout process
• Screening of CVs and interviewing candidates where necessary
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Providing advice and guidance to managers when needed
• Ensuring right to work checks are completed and legislation is adhered to
• Maintaining recruitment policy and process documentation
• Assisting HR team as and when needed

Offering a salary of up to £55k dependent on experience
