Job Information

We are working with an exciting company working within a communications market and ideally looking from a Talent Acquisition Manager from a similar sector, wanting to work for a rapidly expanding business.
 
This is a new position within the department that has come about due to growth, in a business that works together in order to achieve high results.
 
Duties include:
  • Working with managers to support the full recruitment cycle in order to create a seamless process for candidates
  • Creating strategies to attract high calibre candidates into the business across the EMEA region
  • Creating pipelines of future talent for the business and building own network of candidates
  • Working closely with the Talent team to enable an excellent onboarding process for new employees
  • Building relationships across the business and working with Senior management to understand the business strategy to work together and support the business objectives
  • Assisting with development of the employer brand
  • Implementing success metrics and define KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment process
  • Regularly review the recruitment process and deliver training for new hiring managers
Key skills:
  • Previous experience in HR within Communications/Marketing/PR company
  • Enthusiastic and excellent communications skills
