We are excited to be working with a fantastic manufacturing company who are recruiting a new Group HR Business Partner role. Although the role is based in Loughborough there will be travel involved to other sites on a regular basis.
 
This is ideal for someone who has previous experience within manufacturing and business partnering, with a stable background where they can show how they have positively impacted the business.
 
This is a pivotal role supporting the operations function by working with their main sites, implementing strategic people initiatives, working to build relationships with managers and stakeholders, driving the business in a positive direction, driving change where necessary and offering HR expertise to identify opportunities to improve employee life cycle, performance and productivity
 
Duties include:
 
- Guide and support the HR Operations team to deliver high level of service
- Offering solutions and understanding to the employees and needs of the business
- Support and train line managers on People Management, offering advice when needed and encouraging line managers to take responsibility of their people issues
- Development of managers
- Ensuring consistency of policies and processes and ensuring employee relations are handled effectively and following compliance
- Implementing organisational change initiatives
- Change management
- Design and maintain People & Talent plans
- Implementing global HR programmes and processes including performance management, and pay reviews
- Delivery of performance management reviews
- Reporting on Key performance measures and analysing data
- Set SMART objectives for the HR function
- Maintain an organisation people plan to improve engagement and delivering action plans
- Recruit, and ensure training and development needs are met continually
- Promote the HR operations to the business
- Effectively manage performance and day-to-day
- Undertake wider project work relating to HR and business change and be accountable for the successful delivery of them

Key Skills:
 
- Strong influencing, project management and change management skills
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Confident and able to work under pressure
