Job Information

Our client is currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join their busy team who has previous experience within a similar role. The role will be ensuring HR issues are addressed with timely and working on various strategic projects, ensuring HR contracts are managed effectively.
 
Duties include:
 
- Managing employee relations cases from start to finish, chairing meetings when necessary
- Updating policies and procedures in line with HR Legislation
- Note taking, and chairing any employee relations including investigations and hearings
- Conducting exit interviews, tracking feedback and making recommendations
- Working on various projects and interpreting data to assist management plans
- Deliver workshops for managers on new initiatives
- Help implement training courses
- Reviewing change and improvements for the business
- Develop the recruitment and processes as needed
 
Key skills:
 
- CIPD Level 5
- Proven experience dealing with employee relation cases from start to finish
- HR Generalist experience
