We are excited to be partnering with a fantastic Technology business who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team.
 
The role will be reporting into the CEO and the successful candidate will have previous experience working within a similar environment, in a quick paced generalist environment
 
Duties include:
 
- Implementing and improving processes and procedures
- Partnering with the CEO to implement processes to align the business needs
- Supporting line managers with appropriate advice on all aspects of employee management
- Support managers with plans for all strategic change and implementation of new intiiaitves
- Create initiatives across employee engagement, retention and people and culture change
- Set HR plans in line with business objectives
- Implementing new benefits packages
- Effectively manage performance and day to day operations proactively
- Ensure SLAs are in place and monitored
