We are representing a thriving business within the Fintech sector who are looking for a Recruiter to join their busy HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are used to working in a pressurised environment who will be able to hit the ground running.

The role will include:

- Setting up new processes as well as improving current procedures

- Liaising with agencies on day to day basis

- Managing the process from start to finish

- Resourcing candidates and building a strong candidate pool via various sources including social media, job boards, and direct adverts

- Working alongside managers to make recommendations and support on the recruitment process

- Liaise with candidates and arrange interviews

- Working on approx. 10 - 15 live vacancies a month across a variety of sectors
