Job Information

My client is currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner which will be supporting the HR team and the business in key initiatives and projects to meet the strategic objectives of the company. This will concentrate on employee engagement and ensure the processes and policies in place meet the commercial needs of the business
 
This is a full-time role, with the option of hybrid working. Candidates will be CIPD Qualified and up to date with HR Laws and legislation.
 
You will be working closely with the senior management team so ideally looking for a self starter who is flexible, hardworking and able to work well with others. Significant experience in driving key initiatives, change management projects
 
Duties will include
 
- Implementing and improving processes and procedures
- Partnering with the Senior Management team to implement processes that align the business needs
- Supporting line managers with appropriate advice on all aspects of employee management
- Support managers with plans for all strategic change and implementation of new initiatives
- Set HR plans in line with business objectives
- Effectively manage performance and day to day operations proactively
