Job Information

We are currently recruiting for a manufacturing company based in Hayes who are looking for an HR Administrator to assist the HR Manager on a day to day basis.

The role will include:
  • Providing advice to employees and managers on HR issues
  • Collating of new employee information for payroll for both weekly and salaried employees
  • Producing documentation for changes in employment
  • Producing leavers and starters letters and forms for both payrolls
  • Arranging new starter inductions and carrying out induction
  • Checking RTW documents
  • Chasing and managing references
  • Creating personnel files and ensuring kept up to date
  • Covering reception duties as and when needed
