We are excited to be we working with a fantastic business who due to growth, are recruiting for a new opportunity within their HR team for a Recruitment Manager.

This is a great time to join the business and take ownership of this new position.

Duties will include:

- Developing the company’s recruitment strategy

- Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish

- Onboarding and retaining of current talent

- Advertising, screening and assessing candidates to shortlist for clients

- Maintaining the candidate attraction campaign to enhance and develop the company’s brand

- Developing relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers, acting as main point of contact for candidates and manager queries

- Understanding and tracking recruitment spend against budget

Key skills:

- Previous experience within full recruitment role or agency recruitment

- Proactive approach and able to use own initiative
