Job Information

 My client is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a busy hands on role where no two days are the same. The role will be working within a team of 6 and reporting into the HR Manager.
 
The role will be working in a varied role where you will be managing a variety of projects which will include but not limited to
  • Implementing new policies and procedures
  • Salary surveys
  • Wellbeing
  • Gender Pay reporting
  • Monthly reporting on headcount and changes
  • Reviewing HR section of extranet
  • HR database audit / updating
  • Fit & Proper / regulatory /compliance requirements
  • Tracking upcoming changes to terms  
  • Creating salary reports / headcount reports
  • HR Audits and improving procedures
  • Assisting with Acquisition costing / review of benefits/ TUPE
  • General HR admin
Candidates will ideally be CIPD Qualified or studying their CIPD
