My client is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a busy hands on role where no two days are the same. The role will be working within a team of 6 and reporting into the HR Manager.The role will be working in a varied role where you will be managing a variety of projects which will include but not limited to
- Implementing new policies and procedures
- Salary surveys
- Wellbeing
- Gender Pay reporting
- Monthly reporting on headcount and changes
- Reviewing HR section of extranet
- HR database audit / updating
- Fit & Proper / regulatory /compliance requirements
- Tracking upcoming changes to terms
- Creating salary reports / headcount reports
- HR Audits and improving procedures
- Assisting with Acquisition costing / review of benefits/ TUPE
- General HR admin
Candidates will ideally be CIPD Qualified or studying their CIPD
Key skills include:

- Able to follow processes and procedures
