Job Information

My client is currently recruiting for an HR Officer within an expanding team, who has previous experience within an HR position.
 
Duties will include supporting the HR team:
  • Administering HR policies and identifying necessary improvements
  • Advising colleagues on policies and assisting with developing and implementing of new and updated policies
  • Supporting the Head of HR as well as HR team
  • Handling employee queries
  • Assisting with developing employee benefits and compensation
  • Recruitment and performance appraisal
  • Implementing learning and development activities by coordinating training sessions, managing attendance and managing employee feedback
  • Managing company payroll and maintaining records
  • Managing expat visa application/extension and relocation;
  • Working with the HR team to contribute new ideas on employee training and development programmes;
  • Maintaining up-to-date, and accurate HR records;
  • Processing the relevant HR invoices;
  • Other general HR tasks, including reference letters, maintain JDs, assisting HR training sessions and interviews, etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of HR
Key skills:
  • Candidates must have previous experience within an HR environment
  • Candidates will be studying CIPD/ qualified
  • HR related degree
