Duties include:
- Understanding how the customer experience will impact the aspirations to be a purpose led employer
- Creating positive experiences for all potential, current and future employees and proactively maintaining and improving culture
- Ensuring the wellbeing and health of employees while protecting the business as a whole
- Working closely with other HR Leaders to create and implement new ideas and initiatives
- Implementing people solutions
- Building relationships with other members of the team and wider.
- Looking at people goals and priorities and developing these alongside the MD, specifically focusing on engagement, and cultural change (hybrid working)
- Offering coaching and providing advice
- Talent acquisition and onboarding on new employees
- Diversity and inclusion
