Responsibilities include
- Developing an annual HR plan aligning with the business strategy
- Signing off payroll
- Management reports
- Headcount management
- Working with key stakeholders to assist with the L&D strategy
- Managing a team of 4 to continue to develop their skills
- Overseeing recruitment strategy
- Designing and implementing learning strategy
- Policies and procedures for induction and training to ensure continued professional development for all employees
- Dealing with performance and grievance issues
- Dealing with any employee relation cases
- Reviewing salaries and implementing increases and promotions
- Reviewing bonuses and benefits
- Diversity and inclusion reporting
Key skills:
- Proven Human Resources experience within a similar role
- Confident in challenging ideas and processes
- Strong communication skills
