Our client is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join their friendly team, working within the charity sector, this is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking business who values their employees, working for a business they truly enjoy and support with an interest in sustainability and the environmentThe role will include:
- Supporting the development and implementing of the L&D strategy according with the People Strategy
- Working closely with the Business Partners to identify skills gaps and training needs
- Designing and delivering learning initiatives to develop people managers and supervisors at all levels
- Creating and delivering learning solutions in house and with third parties to ensure employees are working to the best of their capabilities
- Coaching, learning and developing across the organisation
- Visiting all sites on a regular basis to coach and develop managers across the board (based around the UK)
- Responsible for the eLearning platform and content
- Safeguarding training
- Developing L&D metrics and assessing the effectiveness of training
Key Skills:
- Previous experience within an L&D role and results
- Passionate about their role
- Able to visit sites across the UK
