Job Information

We are excited to be recruiting for an Administrator to join our Professional Services client, due to internal promotion. The role will be split between the Operations team and Reception so ideally looking for someone who is approachable and willing to learn.
 
Duties will include:
 
- Monitoring the helpdesk
- Reordering stationery when necessary
- Filing and archiving, as well as scanning
- Assisting with mailshots and postal tasks
- Demonstrating health and safety to new starters
- Maintaining the firms breakfast supply
- Responding to problems with equipment
- Assisting with office desk moves
- Operating the firms security pass system
- Rearranging room set ups
- Providing refreshments
- Providing reception cover
- Greeting guests
- Managing meeting room booking
- Taking deliveries and organising couriers
- Managing car parking spaces
- Managing staff kitchens
- Providing admin support for other departments
 
Key skills:
 
- Minimum of 6 months experience within an administration or office role
- Ability to liaise with employees at all levels
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
 
This is a full time office position, offering a salary of up to £21k
