Job Information

We are excited to be working with a global business who are recruiting for a Mandarin speaking HR Assistant to oversee employee relations we well as maintaining and updating policies, HR systems, payroll and recruitment.
 
Duties include:
 
- Managing expat processes including maintaining the HR databased, visa renewals as well as liaising with global offices on queries
- Managing monthly payroll
- Overseeing compensation and benefits including payments
- Keeping HR documents up to date
- Managing employee relations
- Leading the recruitment process
- Keeping up to date with UK law and policy changes and reviewing when necessary
- Providing support for other departments
- Candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience within an HR generalist position and it is essential to have Mandarin business experience.
 
This is a full time office based position based in Central London offering a salary of £30,000 per annum + benefits
