We are recruiting for a brilliant opportunity based in Central London for an HR Administrator/ Coordinator which is a new opportunity within this Professional services business

This would suit someone who has previous exposure to HR and administration with strong numerical and analytical acumen, and able to work efficiently in a busy role.

The role is working within a small HR team and will include:

- Assisting with HR Administration of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, talent development, engagement and - wellbeing as well as offboarding
- Maintaining HRIS system including updating, and reporting ensuring correct data
- Supporting with the administration of the recruitment/onboarding process
- Supporting with collating of payroll and benefits process
- Supporting with HR queries
- Assisting with maintaining policies and documents
- Preparing and amending HR documents including job specs, reference letters and recruitment guides
- Supporting with creating and distributing of staff surveys as well as collating and preparing responses
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of annual performance reviews
- Ad hoc strategic project support

Candidates will have:

- Previous experience working within a supporting role in HR
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Studying CIPD ideal but not essential
- Strong numerical and analytical acumen
