Job Information

We are currently recruiting for a manufacturing company based in Hayes who are looking for an HR Administrator to assist the HR Manager on a day to day basis. The role will include:
 
- Providing advice to employees and managers on HR issues
- Collating of new employee information for payroll for both weekly and salaried employees
- Producing documentation for changes in employment
- Producing leavers and starters letters and forms for both payrolls
- Arranging new starter inductions and carrying out induction
- Checking RTW documents
- Chasing and managing references
- Creating personnel files and ensuring kept up to date
- Covering reception duties as and when needed

- Previous HR Admin experience

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain some hands on HR Administration experience. Offering a competitive salary of up to £28k dependent on experience
