Are you immediately available and able to commit to a 6 month contract opportunity?
 
My client is urgently looking for an experienced office administrator to join their team to cover a busy period with the possibility of going permanent for the right person.
 
Duties will include:
 
- Routine administrative support to various teams of up to 40 employees
- Support travel arrangements and logistics for team members
- Support travel arrangements for overseas visitors
- Administration for staff training and conference planning and booking
- Support Administration Manager to manage and maintain group diaries
- Booking of regular staff meetings and agenda preparation
- Administrative support needed to the Director and senior management/offshore team
- Travel arrangements
- Making arrangements for meetings under the guidance of the Administration manager
- Record keeping and data base management as needed
- Any other administrative duties that may be instructed by Division management
- Reporting to Administration manager of Division
- Outside office events arrangement
- Reception cover when needed
- Meeting and greeting Clients
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Arranging Couriers and sorting post
- Ordering stationary

Key skills:
 
- Previous office/ corporate experience
- Booking flights and visas through agents

This role is to start ASAP so please only apply if you are immediately available to start work or on one weeks notice period (maximum)
 
You will be required to be mainly in the office due to reception cover and the nature of the role, rather than working from home
 
Offering a salary of c£24 - £27,500 per annum dependent on experience
