We are excited to be working with a fantastic client who are recruiting for a new position of HR & Payroll Coordinator, based in the heart of London in a brilliant location.
 
This will be an all round HR position, with small amount of payroll a couple of days a week
 
The duties will include;
 
- Managing employee lifecycle from start to finish, including onboarding and offboarding
- General recruitment administration, supporting with adverts, shortlisting and filtering of candidates, liaising with the recruitment team to organise interviews
- Producing job offers and contracts as well as completing new start checks and setting up new candidates onto the HR system
- Arranging and managing all training requirements
- Updating and ensuring HR system is accurate and up to date, with any absences reported and ensuring HR operations are running smoothly.
- Providing and updating HR reports and analysis
- Liaising with pension providers and deal with queries
- Collating payroll including timesheets, starter and leaver forms and payroll calculations to pass on to finance.
- Assisting with planning and implanting of HR projects and initiatives.
- Providing support to employees and managers on HR and payroll

This role is office based with the potential to work from home one day per week (35 hour week)

Key skills:
 
- Previous experience with HR and collating payroll
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent IT & Communication skills
- Ideally PeopleHR system experience
