We are excited to be working with a fantastic law firm who are recruiting for a brand new Recruitment Manager opportunity for someone who has previous experience within medium to large sized law firm but is looking for a role that is less process driven.
 
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy non corporate environment where no two days are the same. The role will be managing two other Recruitment Partners and you will be joining a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside the box and look outside of traditional recruitment methods.
 
The role will include:
 
- Managing two other members of the team, providing support to 400 employees globally.
- Managing and supporting the business will high volume recruitment - c30 + roles at any time
- Liaising with the business on recruitment needs and writing job descriptions, drafting and placing advertisements, shortlisting CV’s, arranging and attending interviews
- Managing the recruitment process, including; campaign management, undertake briefing meetings/ calls with hiring Partners/ managers, screen and longlist applicants
- Oversee the coordination of the selection process, provide interview support, where necessary (including fee and non fee earning roles), making verbal offers and sending offer letters
- Researching/ advise on recommended/ cost effective sourcing channels, provide advice and support on appropriate selection methodsMaintaining and developing the recruitment strategy
