We are working with a fantastic Media company who are keen to find a standalone HR Manager who has previous experience within the Media/PR sector to join their small yet growing business.
 
Although there are HR procedures in place, the business have grown so now require someone who can come into the business and focus solely on HR for this family feel company.
 
Duties will include:
 
- Updating and implementing HR Policies and Procedures
- Dealing with employee relations as and when needed (including performance management)
- Managing the employee lifecycle from start to finish, including onboarding and offboarding
- General recruitment for the business, liaising with agencies when necessary and implementing process, supporting with adverts, shortlisting and filtering of candidates, liaising with the recruitment team to organise interviews
- Producing job offers and contracts as well as completing new start checks and setting up new candidates onto the HR system
- Ensuring HR operations are running smoothly.
- Providing and updating HR reports and analysis
- Dealing with Day to day HR queries
- Assisting with planning and implanting of HR projects and initiatives.
- Providing support to employees and managers on HR and payroll
