We are currently working with a fantastic client who are recruiting for an HR Systems and Payroll Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a busy role and requires someone who has previous experience within a similar kind of role.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording any payroll changes on the HR system, maintaining processes to ensure information is updated and coordinating in the monthly sign off process to be passed onto the payroll bureau.
 
Duties include:
 
- Being first point of contact for all pension and payroll queries
- Main point of contact for HR self service portal
- Ensuring all payroll changes are recorded accurately using HR database
- Ensuring pay changes are processes and evidence retained
- Coordinating on monthly sign off alongside Finance
- Raising any issues to payroll provider
- Work with internal and external auditors, clearly explaining and demonstrating payroll processes and controls.
- Ensure the Payroll and Systems Manual remains up to date and fully documents all relevant processes.
- Working with the HR Systems and Payroll Manager on implementation of annual pay reviews.
- Manage the yearly annual leave rollover process for all employees including being first point of contact for queries
- Provide training on the payroll and HR databases to relevant HR users . Ensuring users have the correct system access
- Collaborate with the HR colleagues to ensure accurate reporting lines and workflows are maintained in the HR database.
