We are excited to be working with a fantastic business who are looking for an experienced Resourcing Specialist to join them. You will be part of a busy team and be able to add value to a great organisation.

The role will include:

- Assessing and managing business needs by providing full support on absences, vacancies, retention and temporary resources

- Liaise with other managers to determine any resourcing needs

- Using various sources to create candidate pools for current and future business needs

- Full resource planning support

- Managing, developing and training in hour zero hour workforces as well as recruitment agencies for ad hoc needs

- Supplier management of those providing resources

- Improving processes and analysis reports on recommendations

- Performing system upgrades and ongoing training and support

- Development and implementing of new processes and systems

- Advising and supporting managers on all people management matters

- Various projects including TUPE, Pay reviews and consultations

- Providing administration support on all people and culture queries

Key skills:

- CIPD Qualified or studying CIPD

- Previous in house recruitment experience

On offer:

- Hybrid working

- £37,000 salary level

- Travel between offices
