We are excited to be working with a fantastic brand who are looking for a creative and driven HR Generalist, keen to gain experience while covering a maternity contract for 9 - 12 months with an immediate start.

Our client is looking for someone to support the HR and L&D team with a varied role assisting the team in a being part of a quality brand.
The role will include:
Being first point of contact for any HR issues
Holding informal meetings to enable employees to voice ideas and feedback
Providing advice or escalating any HR issues as and when needed
Supporting the team by coordinating events and team days
Supporting the team with administration of ER cases (minute taking etc)
Leading HR Projects from start to finish
Implementing new initiatives
Keeping up to date on employment law
Annual training analysis and implementing any necessary L&D solutions
Training regarding EDI
Supporting with the recruitment process
Developing new starter programmes
Key skills:
Previous experience within an HR environment
Coordination of L&D programmes and training
Positive and hardworking attitude
Has a genuine interest in HR and people
