We are working with a fast paced, growing tech business who are looking for a Learning and Development Lead to join their successful team.
Reporting into the Operations Director, this newly created role is essential for the culture and people strategy of the business moving forward to enable the business to continue to invest and motivate their strongest asset, their employees. The L&D role will be to adapt the continually changing needs while maintaining a strong company culture.
The role and responsibilities of the position:
Updating and implementation of the training programme
Managing the budget, delivery and monitoring of the training manual using additional support where and when needed
Delivering training and running courses and workshops when necessary
Improving the company’s knowledge on training and information for employees
Identifying improvements and new content
Defining an L&D strategy as well as initiative to continue to be a top place to work
Implement a values based culture by leading key initiative, and change programmes
Manage and execute onboarding and induction programme for all employees
Create an ESG agenda and working practices across the board
Leadership coaching
The successful candidate should have:
Previously working within a leading L&D role and training delivery experience
Ideally someone from a large consultancy or professional services background
Keen eye for detail, driven and able to build relationships
Learning Management System usage
Understanding of financial analysis and technology businesses
Training channel design and management
