Working as part of a busy and established team, you will be responsible for providing effective customer service to a high volume of business customers and supporting the sales team. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

 

-Working as part of a team of 8-10 customer service and sales advisors

-Deal with a high volume of inbound customer calls

-Resolving queries and providing advice and guidance to customers on their orders

-Supporting the sales teams by taking details of inbound sales orders

-Manage orders for customers, ensuring that orders are dispatched quickly and effectively.

-Send copy invoices to customers and deal with any invoice queries are

-Work to department SLA’s and KPI’s, ensuring customer call expectations are met and exceeded

-Support the sales advisors with the customer sales process when required

-Taking orders from customers, through to liaison with the warehouse, dispatches, sales notes and invoicing

-Provide excellent customer service to customer and dealing with any complaints / issues in an effective manner

 

For this role it is essential that candidates have proven customer service experience and are able to work to targets and KPI’s within a business, ideally with a business that sells tangible goods i.e. construction, manufacturing, motor trade, electrical, engineering etc.

 

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role and the ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment. Strong customer service experience is essential, in addition to the ability to build relationships with existing customers and new customers, providing a professional service.
