Financial Accountant

Salary: 35-40k

Founded in 2012, My client is a supplier and installer of high-end marble, stone and external cladding products for commercial and residential projects. Based in East London they have a strong track record of successful project delivery for a prestigious client base including The Four Seasons Hotel, Selfridges and many more.

They require a Financial Accountant to control the accounting processes within the company and its sister company.

Reporting to The Finance Director, The successful candidate will:

• Ensure that financial recording systems and processes are in place, coordinated and used effectively to deliver accurate and timely profitability reporting, cash management and availability of management data;
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, and support wider business planning; • ensure that all inter-company balances and DLA`s are accurately recorded;
• Complete bank reconciliation and payment schedules;
• Analyse, measure and report on financial performance. You will possess financial and commercial acumen, be a confident communicator and team player.



The role would suit someone who:

• Is part-qualified or recently qualified cost and management accountant
• Has a working knowledge of Xero accounting software
• Has a previous experience of the Construction or Property development sectors
