Cameron James are looking to recruit a HR Administrator for a fixed-contract based in Wallington, Surrey.
The HR Administrator is to support the HR Advisor and Head of HR by providing a professional administrative service for the Human Resources (HR) function.

This involves the following major responsibilities:

• Processing, verifying and maintaining personnel information and documentation.
• Co-ordinating the Recruitment and selection of internal vacancies.
• Completing the new starter process.
• Completing the leaver process.
• Maintaining employee records and files.
• Issuing contracts and amendments to contracts.
• Providing HR advice.
• General administration duties.
• Recording relevant pay information and liaising with Payroll when necessary
• Provide cover for Reception at lunch times/other breaks and annual leave or other absences.

The HR Administrator must possess the following skills/ experience

• Recent experience as a HR Administrator
• Computer literate in Microsoft - Word, Excel and PowerPoint

This role is 35 hours per week to be worked Monday : Friday 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid break each day.
