We are working with a growing and well established services business and they are recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager / In-House Recruitment Manager.

The role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for the business, including sourcing and identifying the best talent, managing the recruitment process with managers, through to offer and inductions. In addition to managing recruitment in a standalone capacity, you will also be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, control over social media sites and promoting the business. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Sourcing for around 10-15 roles at any one time
• Working with managers to develop job briefs and understanding the recruitment needs of the business
• Sourcing and screening candidates, including phone and face to face interviews
• Managing the interview and offer process
• Understand the market, competitors and key players, attending suitable networking events etc.
• Talent attraction, including headhunting and competitor mapping
• Management of social media sites such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc., with the view of enhancing brand awareness and promoting vacancies
• Liaising and managing with recruitment agencies on PSL agreements

For this role it is essential that candidates have proven recruitment experience, ideally working in-house business. The role is stand alone and will be responsible for all areas of recruitment for the business, so candidates must be confident working in this capacity.

Ideally candidates will have experience in a candidate short market, with the ability to headhunt and attract the best talent. In addition to managing all areas of recruitment, the role also offers control over brand and company promotion - so candidates will need to be confident managing social media.
