IFA Administrator – Manchester City Centre - £21,000 to £23,000 – Support towards industry relevant qualifications – Clear lines of progressionA Manchester City Centre based Financial Advisers are looking for an IFA Administrator to provide full administration support to their Financial Advisers.
When successful you will be expected to;
- To process new applications for business both in online and paper format
- Carry out all compliance administration associated with new business, this includes ensuring forms are completed and chasing information where necessary
- Set up files for new clients and record information
- Set up new clients on database and send out policy documents as and when required
- Process incoming and outgoing post daily; scan, logging and distributing to the relevant individual
- Handle any client correspondence and daily tasks regarding ongoing cases and queries from Financial Advisers
- Produce Illustrations
- Compile Letters of Authority, sending out to Insurers and collating policy information
To be successful you will need;
- Experience working within a Wealth Management or Financial Adviser support role previously
