IFA Administrator Vacancy – Southport – FULL TIME and PART TIME applications welcomed – Candidates seeking 3 to 5 days per week considered - No requirement to have or to want to take qualificationsThis Independent Financial Advisers are seeking an additional IFA Administrator who is looking for a permanent role between 3 and 5 days per week. Salary of £19,000 to £22,000 but if part time this will be pro rata
You will be joining a smaller yet very experienced support team who support one another to ensure that all work is completed correctly and within agreed timescales. You will be supporting a Director and will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own workload, and to become a proactive member of the team.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the administration process and would therefore suit someone who enjoys a busy and varied working day.
Tasks include;
• Speaking to providers for updates on client transfers and valuations
• Dealing with all aspects of the administration for the adviser/director you will be supporting
• Communicating all updates and any changes to the advisers
• Handle all general enquires
• Keying on new business applications and following up with the respective providers
• Issuing LOA’s to providers and following up for the full policy information
• Some general administration and diary management as required
There is no requirement for qualifications, the business just need someone who has experience supporting Financial Advisers with the tasks listed above that can work between 3 and 5 days per week.
