They are now looking for a High Net Worth Claims Handler to add to the team

The role of the HNW claims Handler – Motor and Household

·                  Assist clients with claims and cover enquiries and submit claims to insurers within timescales, ensuring that the claim comes to a satisfactory conclusion, efficiently and within TC procedures

·                  Responsible for checking the validity of claims before submission to insurers

·                  Ensure that all required documentation is made available for the speedily resolution of the claim

·                  Negotiate interim payments with loss adjusters and insurers as appropriate

·                  Ensure claims estimates and reserves are up to date and review periodically with insurers

·                  Preparation of claims reports to executives, clients, and insurers  

The Requirements of the claims Handler – HNW

A background of personal lines insurance claims – a minimum of 1- 2 years

·         Knowledge of Motor and Household Insurance

·         Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
