Job Information

 

Our Clients, based in Kent require an IFA Administrator due to continued growth.

To support the sales and giving of advice to private clients, all system-based administration and client liaison work in connection with any private client product sales.

To provide analysis, monitoring and reporting, as required, in respect of investment valuation reports, including SIPP drawdown analysis, existing policy analysis and portfolios, diary and MI.

To provide and be responsible for administering clients’ needs, including communicating, with clients, providers where necessary, product research, diary, etc in line with Treating Customers Fairly  (in conjunction with the Director).

To contribute to the success of the company overall and to adhere to all internal compliance standards, administration procedures, TCF and time-recording, where necessary.

 

Preparing and submitting technical and compliance pre-approval forms

Providing accurate, timely and compliant suitability reports with the Paraplanner

Utilising all technology to produce accurate solutions for clients

Carrying out relevant financial calculations on behalf of the advisers

Proactive self-development and understanding industry changes

Ensuring all advice documentation is compliant according to FCA guidelines and additional compliance requirements

Effectively communicating at all times both internally and externally - verbal and in writing

This opportunity will be well suited to an experienced Administrator with a solid background in financial services and strong technical knowledge in the Financial Planning sector
